Chris offered competitive price to come and clean out our gutters. While there he noticed pipe brackets had broken, tied these for us as a temp measure and coming back when we have new clips.

Reasonably priced quote, didn't hesitate to help me when I asked about putting up bird spikes while he was up there. They were great, talked to our neighbours and tidied up any dirt that had fallen onto their side (semi detached) as well as our own. Wouldn't hesitate to get them back for future work.

Chris and Emma did amazing job, they're been very professional with great communication. Clean a roof from moss with totally blocked gutters. I didn't know my roof tiles are red !!! They maintained good communication throughout to let us know what they were doing at every point and they were very tidy. Gutter & soffit cleaningWe had Chris and his team coming to clean roof, render and gutters. Incredibly professional, great communication and extremely respectful with neighbours. Result is WOW, and that is probably understatement. It is pretty much as it was when it was new. Couple of roof slates were out of place and that was carefully fixed. Gutters were also detached in few places, also fixed. Worth every penny, especially considering that is way more reasonably priced compering to many other Edinburgh companies, for precisely the same service. Thanks Chris and team. We are very happy with pretty much everything you have done and you got yourself a returning customer!!!

Patio cleaningI couldn't be happier with the work carried out, I stay in an area with a lot of trees surrounding the property, my roof was covered in moss and the walls of my house were green. After speaking with Chris he assured me this would not be a problem to get rid of. I was unsure about the process and Chris explained everything to me about the roof clean and the soft wash clean on my walls. All the work has now been and the house looks better than when we first got it.

Gutter & fascia cleaningWe got our roof cleaned at a very fair price by Chris and Emma and what a difference they made our roof was covered in moss and dirt and debris caused by surrounding trees next to our house and it's now completely spotless we're so pleased with it they also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards which wasn't easy because of the access especially to our back garden. uPVC, solar & drivewayHighly recommended. We arranged to have the roof steam cleaned and treated with biocide to stop moss reoccurring so quickly. This is a professional outfit that carried out a great job to transform the condition and look of the house. Very happy with the result.
Roof cleaningMy tiles are red – who knew?! Chris and Emma carried out a brilliant job clearing moss from our roof, treating the roof with a biocide to prevent further moss, clearing all of the gutters, and fixing a very choked downpipe in challenging Scottish winter conditions. From the beginning Chris was very easy to communicate with, provided lots of advice about the process and the biocide he uses. The quote was very reasonable. Clearing moss is a messy job but Chris and Emma did a great job tidying up afterwards (including washing the windows and doors) and also ensured any moss or debris that had landed at our neighbours was cleaned up as well. If you have moss on your roof or require any cleaning job – driveways etc then I highly recommend Chris and Emma at Ultimate Clean Solutions.

Was highly flexible in fitting us in at the earliest opportunity due to other commitments we had. Came out within a few days and cleaned the gutters and the windows to a very high standard.
